Internet Client Advisors assist customers on Lithia's internet and mobile sites. Internet Client Advisors also work Internet leads for select stores.
The primary goal of an Internet Client Advisor is to assist customers with basic questions, and to develop leads for our stores. Will have a working knowledge of store inventories and processes.
The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position:
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, Office, Clerical preferred
Hiring Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
