Role Overview:
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources processes.
This position, based in Verona, NJ, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive work culture and the well-being of our team members.
This is a part-time position, up to 30 hours per week, with an hourly compensation up to $24.

Key
Responsibilities:
HR Record Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
Manage HRIS data in platforms such as Paychex and Bamboo HR.
Generate and analyze reports for HR metrics and compliance purposes.
Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements Benefits Administration:
Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Collaborate with benefits providers and assist in resolving any issues.
Social Media Management:
Plan and execute content for the company's Instagram account.
Create engaging and visually appealing posts using Canva or similar tools.
Training and Development:
Support employee training and development initiatives.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs, including tracking participation and evaluating program effectiveness.
Assist HR Director with maintenance of LMS365.
HR Compliance:
Assist in launch and tracking of annual compliance training.
Assist in HR audits and compliance reviews.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in organizing HR-related documentation and materials.
Contribute to various HR projects, such as benefits analysis, DEI initiatives, team-building activities, and policy reviews.
Coordinate HR meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist with special projects and tasks, as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
