You should be comfortable oscillating between responsibilities throughout the day, as on occasion a grandparent may take the babies and you will help with laundry or organization within the household instead.

Responsibilities:
Loving and attentive care of infant twins, including the meeting of all basic needs (diapering, pottying, bathing, feeding, naps, etc.
) Foster confidence via nurturing care Follow schedules closely for feeding, sleeping, wake windows Engage children in learning and exploration via books, stories, art, songs and play Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities (crafts, games, etc.
), with a focus on developmental milestones Organizing and maintaining toys and arts and crafts including supplies management and rotating of toys, suggesting new age appropriate activities and toys Spend time outdoors when weather permits (playing in the yard, going on stroller walks around the neighborhood) Maintain organization and cleanliness of spaces you use in the home (essentially:
leave the house how you found it) Navigate the balance of providing attention to both children in a loving and patient way Bring the children to story time at the library, and other child-focused activities nearby that are within walking distance When the children are older and taking longer naps, nanny will support in doing laundry for the children and sanitizing bottles for the babies Important to note:
Family is most concerned about children and nanny's happiness This family has a friendly, sweet 35-pound golden doodle.
Nanny will not be responsible for walking the dog (family has a dog walker) but they need to be comfortable around dogs.
