Role Overview:
As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our Finance department, facilitating essential processes such as status changes, data entry, and assisting with standard bookkeeping tasks.
This part-time position is based at our Verona, NJ location.
Compensation ranges between $22.
00 - $25.
00 hourly, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
Streamlined Documentation:
Compile and prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Efficient Administration:
Undertake administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and meticulous data entry to support smooth operations.
Payroll Management:
Track, calculate, and process pay-related changes for our employee base.
Financial Accuracy:
Reconcile deposits for payments through check, ACH, or Credit Card methods.
Financial Record Management:
Review and prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring financial records are up to date.
Bookkeeping Excellence:
Handle standard bookkeeping tasks like preparing invoices, refunds, and more.
Special Projects:
Contribute to special projects and periodic reports assigned by the Controller, showcasing your versatility.
